That is Smith Creek on the right that leads to Tiana Bay
Storm King III Was Moored Here
Dode Died Here October 23, 1952
Marion sold it for aprox $50,000.00

Lorraine Apartments St. Charles Ave, New Orleans, La
Built in 1920, the Lorraine contained 14 luxury apartments and was located in what was once an exclusive section of New Orleans.
After her seperation and divorce from Dode Knapp in 1938, Gertrude O'Brien Knapp took up residence here in Apt #14 .
I believe she may of lived here until she passed away in October of 1959.
The 1940 Census : Notice It says Gertrude was living in Suffolk, New York in 1935
That of course would be at the mansion in Mastic Beach where she married Dode in June of 1927
