Word reached me via Donna Castellano that the Class Of Sixty Five is going to try and have a 40th High School Class Reunion. As someone who started out with them in 1952 - 1955, I thought I might try to help somewhat in finding people. I was in Kindergarten - Third Grade with the likes of Louis Muller, Pete Musemeci. Peggy Landau, Larry Schulz (Larry is my oldest friend in Mastic Beach) Mac Titmus, Judy Mezzapelle, Jean Bourvic, Donna Castellano, Sandy Lichtenburg, Donald Martin, Mary McNulty, Eddie Ruge, Mary Ann Lagumis, Lee Potts, Anthony Torre, Dave Pfieffer, Richard Lanni, Sam Giannino,Calvin Barnes, Linda Alfinito and more..... My teachers were Miss Fechtman, Kindergarten, Mrs. Whitman, First Grade, Miss Doubrave (sp?) Second Grade and Mrs. Tribble, Third who then sent me on to 5th without passing GO or collecting 200 Dollars or going to 4th grade ... I did get 4 Silver Dollars from Mrs. Whitman though!
I told Donna I would do my part to try and reach a few people for her. I watched from the sidelines here in Nashville but kept in contact with some of the organizers of the Class Of 64 40th Reunion and I know that it's a ton of work... I also went to it and (it was the only one I ever attended) got to say I'm really glad I did....So with that said I wish Donna and whomever tries to put it together a lot of luck....you can contact Donna Castellano Gaspari (Who BTW became a teacher at Floyd for 30 + years) at ......
